• A value of RM 1050 for the booking fees if you decide to enroll your child
• You may complete the online registration form in advance to make the process easier
• A copy of parent’s MyKad
• A copy of registered child’s MyKid
• A copy of the photo page of their passport for each parent (if non-Malaysian)
• A copy of the photo page of their passport for each registered child (if non-Malaysian)
• A copy of registered child’s birth certificate (if non-Malaysian)
• A recent 4 pieces of passport photo for each registered child
