Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Little Nurian. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. “clearer”
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time estimate is within 2-7 business days, subject to delays due conditions out of our control.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Little Nurian is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We at The Little Nurian commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, packaged and delivered with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
However, should there be damages upon receiving the product, you may contact our support team for assistance.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
